Kazan
 Long since various influences and mysteries of the Western and Eastern civilizations were interlaced in Kazan City. As ancient Rome, staying on seven hills, Kazan used to be a capital of ancient nation and ancient country. Located by fortune in the real heart of Russia, only 800 km to the southeast from Moscow, Kazan is a capital of original people and multinational republic, which still exists between Volga and the Ural Mountains. A path-breaking step on the way to restoration of statehood of the Tatar people was the declaration of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 1920. After the ruin of the Soviet Union the new Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan established a new state status of the Republic.
