Moscow
There is hardly one person in the world who has never heard about Moscow. According to the old Russian chronicle Moscow was founded by Suzdal's prince Yuri Dolgorukiy in 1147. In the fourteenth century Moscow becomes a center of Great Moscow Principality.

Kostroma is an ancient Russian town with a population situated on the left bank of the Volga river. It was founded in 1153 by Prince Yury Dolgoruky. The pearl of Kostroma is the ensemble of the Ipatyevsky Monastery with white stone walls and golden cupolas.

Pereslavl Zalessky
Pereslavl-Zalessky was founded in 1152 by Prince Yuri Dolgoruky as a projected capital of Zalesye. In 1175—1302, the town was the center of the Principality of Pereslavl (Zalessky). In 1302, the town became a part of the Muscovy.

Karelia Region
Karelia is a region in the Russian Northwest. Its capital, the city of Petrozavodsk, is located nearly 400 km away from St.Petersburg and 300 km from the Russian-Finnish border.
